Refund Policy:

-      Refund policy

-      A full refund can be provided when the participant cancels 7 days or more before the date of the scheduled activity

-      A 33% cancellation fee will be charged if the participant cancels his or her attendance within 4 to 7 days of the start of the activity.

-      If a participant cancels within 3 days of the date of the scheduled activity, the fees paid will generally not be refunded, but generally we are open to discussing whether there should be a refund, as we understand there can be exceptional circumstances where cancellation was unavoidable. However, the materials prepared for each participant for this activity will be posted to the address on the registration form or if an online course, these will be sent by email. A written notification is required for any cancellation.
